Trigger Point Acupuncture (Dry Needling)
Trigger Point Acupuncture, also referred to as “Dry Needling” based on its history (ask me about it! It’s interesting), uses acupuncture needles to target specific areas of tight, contracted muscles to release them using the body’s own intrinsic system. This leaves the affected muscles in a more relaxed and natural state, releasing tension and associated pain.
Facial Acupuncture Rejuvenation
Facial Acupuncture Rejuvenation or Cosmetic Acupuncture is a natural way to help firm the skin, reduce wrinkles, and improve skin tone. We offer two styles of treatment, both paired with a full body balancing acupuncture treatment, so you will leave feeling balanced, calm, and radiant.

Cupping
We use traditional glass cups to create a suction or pull over the area being treated. It can be described as a “reverse massage.” Cupping relieves muscle tension and pain, encourages blood flow and oxygenation to tissues, and provides detoxification. Cupping may be incorporated before or after the acupuncture treatment, or be used as a stand-alone treatment.
Gua Sha (aka Scrapping)
We use a gua sha tool and manually generate rhythmic strokes with pressure to affected areas. It will move energy, break up stuck and stagnant muscles and tissue, and detoxify. Gua Sha may be incorporated before or after the acupuncture treatment, or be used as a stand-alone treatment.

We offer two styles of facial acupuncture treatments, plus several a-la-carte or add-on options.
Signature Acupuncture Facial
Local facial needles are paired with a full body balancing acupuncture treatment. Celluma LED light therapy is complementary to deepen skin benefits.
Microneedling: Collagen Induction
The AcuLift Microneedling pen is used to help the skin build more collagen and increase absorption by 1000% of the restorative and nourishing serums applied during treatment. A full body balancing acupuncture treatment is in place during the treatment. Celluma LED light therapy is complementary to deepen skin benefits.
A-LA-CARTE TREATMENTS
Microcurrent
20 minute microcurrent treatment using a hydrolonic acid infused aqua gel activator to treat the neck and face. Leaves the skin feeling soft, vibrant, energized and a supple bounce.
Facial Gua Sha
10 minute treatment with oil to the face and neck to promote circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, relieve muslce tension, and improve fine lines and wrinkles.
Celluma Light Therapy
Uses specific wavelengths of light energy to reach tissues to help with anti-aging, acne, wound healing, and pain management.
